I’m a Registered Nutritionist, DipCNM, mBANT, rCNHC working with lovely humans to help them nourish their bodies and minds with food and science.
After over 10 years in finance, travel and PR, burning the candle at both ends, commuting between Brighton and London, and staying at the office late into the night...something had to change.
External stressors, combined with not giving my body the proper fuel it needed, led to a full gamut of health issues including a burnt-out thyroid, bad skin, irregular periods, anxiety, and chronic insomnia. Medicated but still frustratingly symptomatic, I decided to go and see a registered nutritionist, who helped me get to the root cause of my problems.
Working with them for three months made me wish I had started that journey sooner. I felt better than I had done in years through the changes we made together!
Finally recognising the power of good nutrition and balance, I embarked on a three-year course with the renowned College of Naturopathic Medicine in Brighton and London, qualifying as a Registered Nutritionist with a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy. Always a keen learner, I’m constantly furthering my education in science-based nutrition so I can be giving you the most up-to-date and research driven expertise and support.
Nowadays I have a thriving Nutritional Therapy practise in the heart of Brighton but I see clients from across the globe to help them with a variety of issues. From stress-related insomnia to long-Covid, migraines to anxiety, IBS symptoms to immunity concerns…
I’m here to help you feel better through small sustainable nutritional changes that you can work into your busy life.
